About me 👩🏻‍💻

Hi! I am Sarah, a designer and problem-solver, passionate about incorporating user-focused empathy into the workplace and bridging the gap between human-centered design and technology. I strive to create intuitive digital experiences that not only enhance usability but also foster meaningful interactions.

With a strong foundation in user experience and interaction design, I develop innovative, data-informed solutions that drive measurable results. By leveraging a strategic blend of UX methodologies, I align business objectives with user needs, reframing challenges into opportunities. My work involves designing engaging user interfaces, improving usability, and staying ahead of emerging UX trends- with the goal of crafting impactful experiences that enhance the way people interact with technology.

My background 🎓

I graduated with a Bachelor of Design Computing from the University of Sydney in Nov ‘24, where I built a strong foundation in user-centered design, technology, and problem-solving. My studies allowed me to explore how design and technology intersect to create intuitive, impactful solutions, and I thrived in the hands-on, collaborative nature of the field. I enjoy turning ideas into reality—through brainstorming, prototyping, and refining designs—while working with others to craft meaningful user experiences.

Work experience 🧑🏻‍💼

I was a Product Management Intern @Macquarie Group from Nov ‘22 to Feb ‘24 in the Deposits & Payments division. During this time, I gained hands-on experience managing payment products and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance product offerings and drive operational improvements.
